LM-1B Lead-Free Copper-Based Self-Lubricating Bushings

LM-1B bronze-based bearing features a tin bronze matrix with sintered bronze ball powder in the core, and a surface rolled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and high-temperature-resistant filling material. It features a high safety factor and is particularly suitable for applications requiring continuous operation without shutdown for maintenance, as well as high-temperature environments where lubrication is impractical. It is currently widely used in the metallurgical and steel industries, including continuous casting machine billet rollers, high-temperature furnace front-end equipment, cement grouting pumps, and screw conveyors. It can be externally combined with steel sleeves or manufactured with flanges to achieve simultaneous friction use on both the end face and inner bore. For sliding parts in bridge bearings, LM-1B products with thickened wear layers replace pure PTFE plates, meeting the requirement for 130N/mm² axial load usage.
